About us
Faith in the Center is a new and growing community of faith in the center of Athens and a plant from the Greek Evangelical Church.
Our primary language is Greek, but one of our core values is to be welcoming and accessible for people from other languages and cultures. You may meet people in our community who are from Greece, from other European countries, from North America, from the Middle East, from Asia, from Africa…we are overjoyed to meet new people from any background who have made Greece their new home.
The one thing we have in common is our love for Jesus Christ and our desire to glorify God. We believe that this is the greatest bond of all!
Language offerings
In our Sunday worship service, the main teaching is in Greek. We have live simultaneous translation in English, Farsi, or whatever language we can arrange. Our worship music also includes different languages and musical styles, so listen for a song in Romanian or German ! Our hope is that everyone will feel welcome and included to worship God in the languages that your heart understands.
